patented u'Select system, features 6 pre-selectable grind settings,
from ultra-fine to very coarse salt. Simply turn the ring at the base of
the mill and select one of the positions, each one corresponds to a
consistent grind size. This process assures the grind will be the
perfect match for each dish..
Peugeot salt mechanisms are designed
to crush coarse cooking salt only. The mechanism is constructed of
stainless steel and is resistant to corrosion from dry salt.
