Cordon Bleu duck at DCUK The types of chefs at DCUK are not quite the same as you would imagine at a Cordon Bleu institution. The 'blue ribbon' worn by our ducks here in Diptford is entirely different. We haven't told the ducks that they could be found on the menu. That would be particularly confusing for our Chef ducks. As animated as the famous TV chefs, our DCUK chef ducks certainly can cut the mustard. Famous Chefs on TV Our chef ducks are more likely to be watching the TV alongside you rather than be on it, just make sure when you next watch a cookery programme they don't see a runner friend being given the orange sauce treatment at The Fat Duck, they probably are fine with the chicken eggs being cracked though!
