Cancellations:
We understand emergencies and just everyday life. As a result, we have created a fair cancellation policy for all our prospective classes.
To create a successful class, there are many factors that go into the preparation. With that in mind, the CSP Cooking School is reservation-based and does
require financial costs including purchasing ingredients and staffing
ahead of time, which is all based on class attendance. We reserve the right to cancel any class or camp/series if it does not meet the minimal enrollment. Should this occur, a full refund will be made or store credit towards your next cooking class.
Cancellations MUST be in line with the CSP Cooking Class Cancellation Policy or your registration fee will be non-refundable. Take into consideration that purchasing a class is similar to purchasing a ticket for a sporting event or concert. If you cannot make the class, consider regifting the class to someone who would enjoy it! If regifting, please email info@cookshopplus.com with the name and contact information of the guest who will be taking your place.

Inherent Risk Policy:
Participation in the Cookshop Plus Cooking School places you in a typical cooking environment with inherent risk. By registering for a class, you agree to release Cookshop Plus LLC and its staff, employees, and contractors (Chefs/Instructors) from any liability arising from director or indirect damages or injury. All participants with health related issues must inform us prior to registering for a class. All participants hold Cookshop Plus LLC harmless in the event of a health issue related to the preparation or consumption of food used during the classes
Attire Policy:
We require that you wear close-toed shoes while in attendance of our cooking classes for safety reasons. Long hair must be tied back.
Cookshop Plus classes
& recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients
that may or may not be specified in the above class outline, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirements, please call us before signing up for / purchasing a class. Adjustments cannot be made during the class.
